Refund and Return Policy:

Cancellations:

  • We regret to inform you that we do not entertain cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns:

  • We offer a 7-day return policy, providing customers with a credit note.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, deducted from the credit note amount.
  • Report missing or damaged products within 48 hours.

International Returns:

  • Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international returns.

Qualifications for Return:

  • Initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Ensure all tags are intact, items are brand-new, and the original invoice, packing, and tags remain intact.
  • The product should be free of blemishes, defects, and embellishments must be in good condition.

Returns Not Possible If:

  • The return request is outside the 7-day timeframe.
  • Anything received in the shipment is missing.
  • Product damage due to misuse.
  • Used and opened items, unless damaged on arrival.
  • Items with free gifts or individual items from a promotional package.
  • Sale items or items purchased using a credit note.
  • Items returned without prior request.

Return Denial:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the product does not meet the specified parameters.

Refunds/Damage:

  • Refunds are not provided. In case of defects during manufacture or shipping, a replacement will be issued if reported within 48 hours.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange valid within 7 days post-delivery.
  • Products eligible for exchange must be new, unopened, and in original packaging and tags.
  • Reverse logistics and reshipping for exchanges are subject to a charge of Rs. 100.
