We know you can’t wait to get your hands on our dainty, precious little pieces – and we promise to deliver them as quickly as possible through the fastest shipping partner available for your location.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about Owwn It’s Shipping Policy:

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is not free. We charge a nominal shipping fee of ₹80 for all orders across India.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and weight.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Within India: Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Orders: We ship via DHL Express, and delivery usually takes 2–8 working days, depending on the destination country.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses, and we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Important: If your order status shows as ‘Delivered’ but you have not received it, please contact us within 36 hours. If not reported within this time frame, Owwn It will not be liable for any loss.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! You’ll receive an AWB (tracking) number within 1–2 days of placing your order.
Use this number on our [Tracking Page] to check the live status of your shipment.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses depending on availability.
In some cases, if an item is on backorder, we may ship items separately to avoid delays in delivering your full order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

We ship all packages with insured shipping. In the rare event that your order gets delayed, stuck, returned, or lost, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered.
We'll arrange a replacement shipment with express shipping and full tracking, wherever possible.

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Each jewelry piece is securely packed in an individual pouch. Up to 4 pouches are placed in a single box for shipping.
If you’d prefer an individual box for each item, please let us know immediately after placing your order. This service is available at an additional charge of ₹50 per box.
